Satisfying our customers is a business philosophy that we respect, practice, and emphasize in our business.

Clients within, or close to, the Jackson TN area who are able to pickup their orders directly from our warehouse shop are welcome to do so once the order is ready for pickup.

Please consult us to verify this prior to arranging your transportation of the products.
 
For clients outside of the Jackson, TN area, we will ship via UPS or Freight.

Minimum order is $75.00 USD . This is due to the fragile nature of the products and the need for special handling.
 
There are other options available for shipping for smaller product orders or special situations. Please discuss your orders and needs with our customer support representatives so we can help you get what you want in a way that meets your expectations.

Please allow 1 to 2 weeks from order date for delivery of floral designs.
 
During trade shows and special events we may need extra time to process and ship your order.

A Booking Deposit of 50% of the order is required for CUSTOM floral design orders to be entered into production. The order balance will be due before shipment. 


Warranty Information:

Measurements & Colors

All product measurements are approximated and sizes may vary slightly. Because our products are hand-crafted, variations in color & finish are not considered flaws, defects, or imperfections.

We are unable to provide a warranty on products that are inherently fragile and subject to disarrangement and damage immediately after removal from packaging. This is no way relieves us from the obligation to provide a product that conforms in materials and workmanship to the advertised product.

Payment is by business check, cash, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, Discover or Paypal.  
                                           
Carriers usually require notification of concealed damage within 10 days of delivery.

Exchange

You may exchange any non custom item in its original packaging with all tag labels attached in an unused condition within 10 days of the shipment date.  The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt.  All exchanges must be in 100% saleable condition and all original packaging (including invoice) must be included.  No exchange will be issued if the product shows signs of use or shipping damage.  Exchanges will be sent as soon as we receive the original order.  Shipping charges will be at your expense using the carrier of your choice or by a provided quote by us.

Note: We do not ship outside of the lower 48 United States.

Return Policy

You can shop with confidence with our hassle free 10 day return policy (10 days from the shipping date).  You must return any item in its original packaging, with all tags, or labels attached and in an unused condition for a refund.  The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in resalable condition and in the original box and/or packaging (including invoice) for full credit to be issued, minus the original shipping cost. No credit will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by the customer.  Once we have inspected your return, we will make a refund to your credit card and send you an email stating that your return is completed.  Credits normally take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.  Returns after the 10 day period will not be accepted. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  Please email us before you attempt any return.  It is necessary that we issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.  We may also be able to assist in your return with any other additional shipping instructions and/or packages.  Please send your return items to: Designs by Glynda, 38 Old Hickory Cove, Suite B-100, Jackson, TN 38305.  

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

If you believe a product was shipped in error by us, is Defective Merchandise, or was damaged in transit---please contact our customer service department so that we can resolve the problem. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from our customer service department no later than 7 calendar days from the date that your item(s) were delivered.  The product(s) being returned must be received by us no later than a total of 7 calendar days from the original RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issue date.
